	Single family home sales are on the rise Unit sales for single family detached homes were up 19.3% from April and up 3.8% year-over-year, with 1,119 selling in May across the Edmonton Census Metropolitan Area (CMA).
	REALTORS® Community Foundation presents 59 cheques to local organizations. More than $308,000 was presented today to deserving charities in Edmonton and area. Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the Foundation has been giving since 1986, contributed over $4 million.
	Charlie Ponde receives REALTOR® of the Year Award at gala dinner The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton presented the highest honour of the industry, the REALTOR® of the Year Award, to REALTOR® Charlie Ponde at the Ball on March 4 at the Westin.
	REALTORS® forecast slight decline for 2016 Chair Steve Sedgwick forecast sales of residential homes in the Edmonton Census Metropolitan Area will remain relatively stable. A 2.3% decline from 2015 sales levels result in less than 17,000 sales.
	Steve Sedgwick becomes Chair of REALTORS® Association of Edmonton Steve Sedgwick assumed the role of Chair of the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton on January 1, 2016.
