Commercial Division Membership Roster

Full membership in the Commercial Division of the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton is restricted to those REALTORS® who specialize in investment, commercial and industrial real estate. They are required to meet high standards of achievement, experience and education.

Qualified members of the Commercial Division are featured in a widely circulated annual roster where each member's specific areas of expertise are listed along with their name, photograph, Brokerage name and contact details. This detail provides valuable referral information.

The Commercial Division roster is circulated to banks, trust companies, credit unions, chartered accountants and legal firms to raise awareness of this industry service within those sectors.

The roster is also sent to Alberta Consumer and Corporate Affairs, Department of Public Works, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, the National Commercial Council (of the Canadian Real Estate Association) as well as real estate boards across Canada.

Working with a Commercial Specialist

Members who specialize in commercial real estate offer a wealth of experience and skills to clients. The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton Commercial Division members also belong to

• the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA),
• the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and
• the National Commercial Council (CREA)

As such, they are entitled to use the REALTOR® designation and market clients' properties through the Multiple Listing Service®, ensuring maximum exposure to the marketplace.

REALTORS® pledge adherence to a strict code of ethics and are guided by provincial laws in their practice of commercial real estate—ensuring the highest level of service, honesty and integrity.
